The updated Borealis has now been made by recycling plastic bottles collected in the Himalayan foothills to create usable polyester fabric. The result is a durable backpack that’s less impactful on nature. Otherwise, the Borealis is the same. It’s the kind of backpack that removes the need to switch bags when you swap dirt for concrete. With 29 litres of space, it’s roomy enough for extra hiking layers and a packed lunch, or gym essentials, books and - in a dedicated pocket - your laptop. The hip belt and sternum strap offer extra comfort when hiking with a heavy load, but you can stow or remove them when commuting. And a padded, air-mesh back panel and foam straps ensure the Borealis is comfortable wherever you’re walking.
